What is the security code (CVV. Card Verification Value)?

 

The security code (CVV. Card Verification Value) is a system of validating the authenticity of your payment card Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

On payment cards VISA and MASTERCARD, this security code on the reverse side of the card and consists of the last three digits of the number.

On payment cards AMERICAN EXPRESS, the security code, four digits, appears on the front of the card.
