1. In order to grant a personal loan, a study on the solvency of the client, as well as on the property, will have to be carried out. For that reason, you will have to bring the documentation regarding the property (simple note).
2. At any of our branches you will be given the necessary forms to be completed regarding your income, debts and properties. You will also have to bring us documentation proving the given information.
3. Once your economic situation has been analysed, Caja Rural will request on your behalf a technical study of the property to a valuation entity (Sociedad de Tasación) that will establish the official price of the property. That will mean the end of your mortgage study.
4. Finally, you will sign both the purchase/sell contract (by which you will buy the property) and the mortgage (necessary to pay the property) before personnel of Caja Rural and a Notary.
